successful business as a horse breeder. Combining her business and marketing skills with her natural ability to
work with people; Bridget embarked on her second career (and second love) real estate.

Bridget lives in Hillsboro, VA on her 31 acre farm where she breeds and sells rare, and unique colored Thoroughbreds and sporthorses. What does Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) mean?
ABR® Designation Requirements: There are four major requirements to attain and use the ABR® designation:
- Successful completion of the two-day ABR® Designation Course, including an 80% passing grade on the exam.
- Successful completion of the one elective course, including an 80% passing grade on the exam, within three years of completing the ABR® Designation Course.
- Documentation verifying five (5) completed transactions in which the ABR® candidate acted as a buyer representative. Any transactions closed prior to taking the ABR® Designation course or closed within three years after completing the course are eligible for credit.
- Be a member in good standing with the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
What is the difference between a real estate agent and a real estate agent that is also a REALTOR®?
REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® are registered collective membership marks that identify, and maybe be
used only by, real estate professionals who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics.
