Sellers...what to expect when selling your home.


Are your thinking of selling your home? Maybe your thinking of moving up to a larger home to keep up with your growing family and/or lifestyle. Maybe you are thinking of downsizing to retire and/or simplify your lifestyle.

The Process explained...
  • First schedule an appointment to meet with me to discuss your goals, desires, and concerns about selling your home.
  • Second, I will do a CMA (Competitive Market Analysis), to let you know what your home is worth and to ensure you get top dollar for your home. I do not charge anything for this service.
  • Next, I will explain the whole process of selling and be in constant communication with you throughout the transaction from start to finish.
  • I will advise you on how to prepare your home to sell it for top dollar. I would go through your home and give you suggestions on how to make it show like a model. I will also, go through your yard, grounds, barns, and ect and give you suggestions on preparing it for the competitive market.
  • After your home is prepared for sale, I will come through and take digital photos of the interior, exterior, grounds, yard, barns and ect for marketing your home on the Internet, newspapers, flyers and ect.
  • I will put your listing in the MLS (Multiple Listing System), Realtor.com, homesdatebase.com, and bridgetperry.com.
  • I will put a post sign on your property, with a flyer box on it to keep flyers in for passers by. I add an extra special touch to all my signs with flowers around the post. The flowers are seasonal depending on the time of year, excluding dead of winter.
  • I will place a lockbox on your door, so other agents can freely show your property as well, unless you don't want this option.
  • I will actively advertise your property on the Internet, in newspapers, on flyers, interoffice hot sheet, and ect.
  • I offer creative marketing in my ads and on my web site. I always ad a flying balloon in my ads over your property, so they will stand out "above the crowd".
  • I will hold a broker open and/or an open house, depending on your preference.
  • And last but not least, I will work very actively to sell your home!
